This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our services.


1. Service Booking and Confirmation

  • When you book a service through our website, phone, or email, our team will confirm your appointment via call or message.

  • Once confirmed, a technician will be assigned and scheduled for your preferred time slot.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth service.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made after the technician is dispatched may incur a visit or inspection charge.

  • In case of repeated last-minute cancellations, future bookings may require advance payment.


3. Refund Policy

  • Service charges once paid are non-refundable once the service is completed.

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

    • The technician is unable to complete the repair due to unavailability of required spare parts.

    • You have been charged mistakenly for a service not rendered.

  • In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


4. Advance Payment

  • If an advance payment is made for booking confirmation or spare part ordering, it will be adjusted against the final bill.

  • In case the customer cancels the service after spare parts have been ordered, the advance will not be refunded as the cost is non-recoverable.


5. Rescheduling Policy

  • You can reschedule your service appointment without any extra cost if informed in advance (minimum 2 hours before visit).

  • Rescheduling after the technician has already reached your location will be treated as a new visit.


6. Quality Assurance

  • Our technicians aim to deliver high-quality repairs.

  • If you face the same issue within the warranty period provided on service, we will revisit and fix it at no extra labor cost (as per technician confirmation).
